Sweet Cravens Home Bakery (New Hampshire) Effective Date: January 5, 2026

1. Home Bakery & Cottage Food Disclosure

Sweet Cravens is a home bakery operating under New Hampshire homestead/cottage food laws. Our products are baked in a home kitchen not subject to state licensing or inspection, and may be sold locally subject to NH cottage food rules.

2. Allergen Notice & Ingredients

Our products may contain major food allergens including:

Milk
Eggs
Wheat (gluten)
Soy
Tree nuts
Peanuts Products may also be processed in a kitchen with other allergens.

Labels for each item will include:

A complete ingredient list in descending order
A clear allergen statement (e.g., Contains: Wheat, Eggs, Milk) when applicable This complies with federal allergen requirements and New Hampshire cottage food labeling rules.

3. Required Product Labeling (NH Cottage Food Law)

Each packaged item will include:

Product name
Producer’s name
Address
Phone number
Ingredient list in descending order
Allergen identification
Net weight/volume
Required NH statement: “This product is exempt from New Hampshire licensing and inspection.”This is required language for unlicensed homestead cottage food sales in NH.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders require payment at checkout or by the agreed method prior to pickup/delivery.
Prices include listed product cost; delivery fees may apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods:

Cancel at least [24–48 hours] before pickup/delivery to request a refund/credit.
No refunds once baking has begun or if the order is not picked up at the designated time.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Responsible care is transferred to the customer once the order is picked up or delivered.
Timing may occasionally vary due to weather, traffic, or other delays.

7. Food Safety & Liability

By purchasing:

You acknowledge our products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by NH DHHS.
You assume responsibility for any adverse reactions, including allergen responses.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (descriptions, photos, branding) is property of Sweet Cravens and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site and services means acceptance of changes.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

Refunds & Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the incorrect item or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the situation. We may request photos or additional details to help us understand the issue.

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup/delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.
Custom orders (including special flavors, designs, or large quantities) are non-refundable once confirmed.

No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up your order at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Allergies & Preferences

Please review ingredients carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for reactions due to food allergies or sensitivities. Refunds will not be issued based on taste preferences or personal expectations.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or service in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or failure to follow ordering instructions.
